Sometimes I take my heatsink out to get it cleaned but I'm never able to get rid of all the dust, is there a something to clean it?

As long as you have it out...

Why not use a water hose? The pressure should clean it up. Ahh make sure you dry it off before putting it back in your computer.

too much effort to do what a can of compressed air will do, no drying needed. more expensive but less hassle.
