CleanSweep/Norton SystemWorks 2002 Problem

After using CleanSweep, 108k pops back into Internet History. I have gone to Internet Options and manually cleared the history, cache, temp files and off-line content but the amount remains. It does not give any specific name to what is in there.
Got any idea's on what this is and how I can delete it?
