This message comes up everytime i try to install my 8.3 drivers.. i dont understand. the original drivers that came with it was 5.1 can any one help?

video card: saphire x1650 pro 512mb is my video card

A quick google has revealed that the error you are receiving is because you need to install the .net framework for your video drivers.
