Cold Cathode Question

I bought two supposevly red cold cathodes off ebay. Well they came today and when I turn them on they are pink and not red. Is there anything I can do to make them red or are they stuck pink cold cathodes.

email the seller, and try to get a return or a different color.
ive seen red cold cathodes be4, and they really did look red, but ive never seen them look pink. it maybe due to a crappy manfatored cathode. email the seller off ebay, and ask nicely and see if you can get a diff color/return
sorry to here the bad news.
pcmods.com has cold cathodes for 34.95 thats where i got mine, and they've been rated the best cold cathodes online.

who did you buy it from....is it Bigbassjake?? Because he is like the number seller on ebay right now, if it is him ,you shouldnt have a problem returning because he is serious about his stuff.
