Thanks for the recommendations. I'll be doing some sit-testing tomorrow at Staples. Maybe I'll just bring my lunch and go from chair to chair.

I went to Staples today (no OfficeMax up here) and spent some time lounging in a few chairs. I found a nice OfficeStar chair with a mesh back and adjustable armrests (with a nice 'U' cupping shape to them), and I think I'll buy it. $199, but it's worth every penny if I can feel my right arm again.

The Office Star I have is model 37006, it's called a mesh chair but it really isn't, it's padded on the seat, padded on the back, padded ajustable headrest and the arms are semi soft. It's only mesh on top of the fabric, I really liked this model, it's $206 on Froogle. To bad they didn't have this one at Staples, I'm pretty sure you'd like it over the office star traditional mesh models. In any event, the Office Star models you pay a bit more for over generic cheaper office chairs, but the office star chairs are worth the extra cost due to being solidly built.

Plus Office Stars are reasonable compared to others like H Millers, which are excellent as well, but not reasonable on the wallet

I personally like the mesh chairs. Ones that have mesh seats and mesh back. I wanted to get one like what I have at work only down side is they where like $250+. I settled with a mesh back chair adjustable arm reasts, and a normal seat. I got mine from Office Depot for like $70 if not mistaken.

I uses to have a tall back chair, loved it for a bit but it wore really funny and felt like if I was leaning back my heat was being pushed way to far forward.

I also have a mesh back/seat chair and I love it.
