Hey guys........Just recently ( a week or two).......I turn on my computer or restart it and it boots up right to where you get the welcome screen in windows XP but instead of getting there.......It re-boots and keeps doing this over and over......The only way to fix it is to reformat and recnetly it did it again........Is it my video card.......I have a voodoo 5 5000 and I am going to get a new one soon but i want to know what is causing the problem.......thx

hard to know.
that could be due to most of the device drivers in the system, as well as your system RAM.
try it at stock speed if you have it overclocked at all.
try it with some different chipset driver version; or try it with the fewer components you can (mem - 1 stick, HD, v card).

make sure all voltages are fine as well as temperatures.

i had the same problem with win2k, its a heat problem

u have to underclock ur cpu, until it runs

then i would get better cooling
