Anyone have any ideas? im going to be running a 156w TEC @ 15-16volt, 10.5 amps. Im going to be cooling a 1.2 around 1.5. My mobo is asus a7v133 and im cooling with water. Would I be able to use regular old silicon around the socket? Im clueless about this please give me all the info, about where condensation could form and what are some good measures to put in affect to eliminate this issue. I have tons of closed cell foam, and silicon. help!!!

ya man silicone all the stuff on the mobo so water cant get under it , and use dielectric grease on the CPU pins, insulateinside and behind the socket with foam, and conformal coating is good :)
