Do I need a larger power supply?, I already own a Qtechnology 300w (one of the first models)

1x Asus P4T533 ATX Motherboard
1x Intel Pentium 4 Northwood 2.4GHz
2x 256MB 1066Mhz PC4200 32Bit RD-RAM
1x IDE DVD-ROM Drive - 20W
1x Plextor SCSI CD-RW Drive
1x Plextor SCSI CD-ROM Drive
3x 7200RPM IDE Hard Drive (Western Digital 80GB Ata100, IBM 60GB Ata100, Maxtor 120GB Ata133)
1x AGP video card Asus GF4 Ti 4200 128Mb Agp4x
1x Floppy Drive
1x Network Card
1x Sound Card
1x SCSI Controller Card Adaptec AHA2930CU
0x Firewire/USB Controller Card, both are integrated in soundcard and motherboard
2x Case Fan - 80mm Papst N/2GML 19db 0,9W
1x CPU Fan - 80mm Papst N/2GML 19db 0,9W
1x USB Dual Optical Mouse Logitech Mouseman

The powersupply has worked great so far, but I want to upgrade the video card to a Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb and I'm concerned if the powersupply will cope. I already have the card, but fear damaging the system with the current 300w PSU.

Qtechnology QT-2300 specs:
Output Min-Max
+3,3V 0,3A-28,0A
+5V 3,0A-30,0A
+12V 1,0A-15,0A
-5V 0,0A-0,5A
-12V 0,0A-0,8A
+5Vsb 0,0A-3,0A

Combined load output
+3,3V & +5V 220 Watt (the QT2300 on the link below is 200Watt)
+3,3V & +5V & +12V 279 Watt (QT2300 below is 280watt)

I'm quite experienced with hardware, oc'ing, etc., but I have been reading most of your threads about PSU's and a lot! on the web, yet I have my doubts about psu-size.

The power: (in windows)

No Load in windows
+12,16
+5,08
+3,264
+1,6 Vcore

Cpuwarming in CPU stability test
+12,032
+5,1
+3,248
+1,552 Vcore

I have already ordered an Antec True430, but I would appreciate to know if I need a larger powersupply when I plug in the video card or will I need one when I upgrade to the DVD-burner (I plan to do that later this year)?

Regards to this very informative forum :)
