SOLVED Confused

I'm confused here.I was thinking (dangerous I know)the kt-400 mobos allow for 12.5 and below correct?Well what about 14?I did cross the 5th L3 bridge not knowing at the time that the KT400 allows you to access 12.5 and below.What I'm trying to figure out is why do I have access to 14 for the clock setting?Do Kt-400 boards give you access to 15 and down instead of 12.5 and down.I'm so confused.

KT 400 give you access to 12.5 and above to 16 I believe without unlocking. Crossing the L3 will give you below 12.5
