ok ive never wired a mobo before, have installed floppy,cd and hard drive.plugged in the power supplies.manual is unclear about the hookup from ide's to cd and hard drive(only installing 1 hd for now).should i have on seperate plugs?if so should i set jumpers on cd to master, slave or csel(dont know what csel is)any suggestions?

should i connect hd to ide1 and cd to ide2 or vice versa or does it matter?

The best thing to do is to set both as master drives and hook em up to separate IDE's for best results at the time
