A friend bought an Asus CUV4X-E recently. The Core Voltage as reported by the mainboard's BIOS(he has the latest non-Beta) for his P3EB 733 changes from 1.66v to 1.68v and back, constantly.

Is there a bug in the VRM of the CUV4X Series? Is the Core Voltage reported incorrectly? Does this constant fluctuation really have no impact? I'd sure appreciate any light you can shed on this mystery! Thanks in advance!

im not sure about the board but i had a similar problem with a cheap psu. it was putting out extremely dirty current and the regulators on the mobo couldn't keep up i just replaced it and the problem ceased to exist
