awsome, i put this http://www.scorptec.com.au/index.php?prdid=00009297 cooler on which i had stored away for about 4 months because last i had it on i was getting 50c + and now im getting

38 to 40 on full and
42 to 40c on low
On idle

about 43 to 46 on full load i think!

and i have 2 fans at the rear at my case and a pci slot exhast fan(very cool)

and 1 at the front and up the front on the left behind the hdds on the side!

and im getting 14c for case temp and i only have one fan working and that was at the rear!

The best cpu fan ive had so far :d(cant wait for watercooling for my x800xt and amd64)

and this is on a amd 2600+ xp!

14C for the case?!!?!!?! Wow. I thought I had the lowest. I have 25C, with one 92mm tornado fan in the front and a 80mm on the back.

:p lol yay i g0t lowest :D for all i know :D but now i cant overclock for some reason my motherboard has locked up because every time i higher the fsb even like 1 up and restart comp it goes BEEEEEEEEEEEE****OFFEEEEP! :'( i got 1068 for my score on 3dmark03 is that good?

List your specs. I got over 5000 with my rig, can't remember the right numbers.

umm,
Amd 2600+ XP
Geforce fx5200 128mb
Ga-K7nnXP Motherboard
80G seagate 8mb IDE
80G Seagate 8m IDE
80G WD 8m IDE
Thermaltake Purepower 480W
512mb TwinX Corsair pc3200
256Mb Corsair Valve or what ever its spelled

Just ran the benchmark for 3DMark03 and I got 5903.

Vortex, that low score is because of your "not so good" video card.

:p lol i thought it was lower score better! then whats the best score ? also i didnt finsh the bechmarking as i stopped it thou the cpu test :p and i think there ssomething wrong with my mobo!

You cant get a best score. The faster the card the better the score. Right now the X800's and 6800's are breaking 12,000 and more.

that is weird, you get 14* C case temp and getting 40* C CPU temp, that's not cool, it should be a lot lot lower. Imagine if your case temp is around ours, yours will be 50*+C for that CPU of yourse. Btw, where do you have your PC sitting that, because that's ultra low.

I don't see how you can have a 14C case temp unless your room is ice cold. I mean, with air your computer can't get cooler than the room it's in....

Yeah must be a fluke in getting your temps. Or you live in a deep freeze in the back of Wendys old fashion hamburgers.

That is a huge temp spread between the Case and the CPU temp. Not to mention that very low case temp.

I mean I have a virtual tornado going through my computer (700+ CFM) . I keep my house at a constant 72 and I have my ceiling fan going full tilt on average it is about 73-74 F in my office. My case temp at idle sits at 27 C. So my question is do you live in an igloo?

Haha. Yeah, you might be reading the wrong temp?

Try using/borrowing a thermometer and seeing if your case is actually at 15°C ( highly unlikely IMO), mine is around 25°C and I've never seen it below 18°C even in the winter... I don't open my window and duct air to my computer, my mom would kill me :D .
