Cooling Setup *addicted*

Heres the way I see my system being cooled, tell me what you think and any improvements you might think of, all this is being done before i water cool (thats later on) i already have some of this stuff the rest is being purchased real soon
its a p4 1.6GHz machine...

CPU - Swiftech MCX478 Heatsink/Fan
GlobalWIN CAF12 PCI/AGP 120mm fan cooler
Case fans( full tower case) : One 120 mm Fan mounted on the top of the case to suck out hot air, two 80mm fans mounted in the stock holes on the case one blowing in the case the other sucking out and another 120mm fan below the reset/power button on the bottom pulling air in.....incase you didnt realize im a cooling nut, imgonna have to dremel out the square hole for the 120mm on the top but besides that its really all stock cooling, also i have a 400 watt PSU how will that be enough? also any recommendations on a good hard drive cooling system?

just make sure you get quiet fans, i have loud ones and the sound is getting to me
