I would higly suggest at the very least an sk7 from thermalright....you can find one at www.svc.com for about $20 and it runs with the slk 800's and up but is half the cost.....although if you can afford it I would get an slk 800 which will run you about $40....the slk900 is a higher number but I don't think it is better...it's much to massive for my tatstes.....as for the fan.....if you have a way of controlling fan via either a baybus(little nobs onfront of computer that change fan speeds) or a resistor...then I would HIGHLEY! recomend a vantec tornado running at around 2500rpm as it is silent....and if you do not have a way of managing your fan speeds then I would highley suggest the smart fan 2 by thermaltake......this would be a top notch(I consider to be the best) air cooloing setup for your buck

the 2500 isn't has hard to cool as the other Tbreds cause of the larger die. also they start at 1.83 so 2Ghz OC isn't very much. all the coolers these guys mentioned are fine but a volcano 7-9 would do well also the vantec iceberg would do nice.
