Corsair TX750 better than Enermax Revolution 850? Lies?

I was looking at the ATI crossfire certified power supply list to see what my inbound Enermax Revolution 850 watt can do when I noticed something strange. The Corsair TX750w can supposedly run 2 HD4870X2's but the Revolution 850w and the Antec Signature 850w can only handle one? WTF is Corsair paying them off or is it a mistake or is it really that amazing that it beats top of the line units rated for 100w more? Check the list. Da hell?

AFAIK the Signature 850 is much better than the TX750 (and the TX750 is a great PSU itself). Pretty sure that neither would have any problem powering three 4870s, and the Signature should power four easily.

Write an email to Enermax and Antec public relations... they should make a couple of calls to AMD...

I guess I don't feel bad about getting the Corsair 750 over 650 any more (I thought it was overkill).

Sorry I meant to type HD4870X2. Original post is now edited.

The SG850 and Revo 850 can handle anything the TX750 can. They're better quality units too.

Don't worry I'm not getting cold feet. I just thought it was a little funny.
