Probably. A buddy of mine has a P2B, and i sent his 400 up to 566 no problem w/ a little bit more voltage and a nice high FSB.
The P2B is an Intel mobo though. You'd get better luck posting this in the Intel Motherboard section.

sure you could but with some increase in voltage in order to get the system stable.
