Could having a celeron at 66mhZ fsb 64megs of pc100 and 512 megs of pc133 cause problems in the same mobo at the same time?

Shouldn't. The ram will just run at the slowest speed in the system.

yup, ive got 2 pc100 sticks in an old 66mhz rig, the RAM simply runs at 66mhz aswell
