CPU Cooler with low CFM Fans?

I am wondering what a good CPU cooler would be with a 50cfm fan? Right now I have an AX-7 and 80mm Delta. I want something that is quiter and I dont know how the AX-7 does with a low rpm fan.

use a smart fan II...it will increase and get louder as you use more of your CPU...and it goes up to 70cfm...not bad for this thing

it is quiet when you are not using your cpu and it senses the heat your cpu puts out and changes the speed of your fan to compensate

Thats an idea...I was thinking about getting a Vantec Tonado with a Reho? And how does an AX-7 do with low CFM?
