cpu cooling fan intake or exauset?

i just recently got a tornado93mm for my cpu fan and i had one question...

what should i use it as intake or exaust? i dont know how that stuff works so i need help on this befor i blow my cpu

If you have a duct to the CPU (or a side exhaust fan) then exhaust to prevent hot air from getting to the mobo.

If not, then intake because it cools the CPU more efficiently.

Not sure what your'e saying.

Assuming it's going to be your CPU heat sink fan, blow it directly on the heat sink.

If it's going to be a case fan, you normally blow outward (exhaust). If you already have other case fans +the power supply exhausting, you may want to make a side blow hole aimed at the CPU area. There's no substitute for cool ambient air blowing directly on the CPU.
 
yes, you get better performance this way, unless you have a strange configuration. i got much better temps on a computer where the psu intake was right next to the HSF by turning it around to blow towards the psu.
