CPU/GPU hierarchy charts?

I've been doing some googling, but intel's cpu naming scheme is simply insane. I'm having trouble comparing different cpu's from laptops. Anyone know of a convenient site that ranks or shows the differences between different mobile CPU's (including socket type, fab process, cache, architecture, etc.)?

The same goes for GPUs
