CPU Never idle...

I just upgraded to WinXp Pro and I noticed that my CPU never goes idle. Unless I'm doing something, it sits around 10% but never drops below that. According to Task Manager, nothing is using the cycles...Any ideas?

Nope. I shut that down...unless XP has a built in one that I don't know about...

Welcome to Windows XP. You can tweak it for better performance, but that might not even make a dent in your processor load.
