i was wondering if any one can help my comp is running 62 degrees celcius 139 degrees ferignheit i got told by someone on the forums to pu some thermal paste between the cpu and hsf BUT it still runs at 60 degrees any ideas anyone?? not O/C ed either & the fan runs at about 4500 RPM someone help it get 64 playing tiberian sun

well what hsf is it???
what thermal compound did you put on it and how much??
do you have any other fans to get air in and out of your computer??
 
stock hsf, i put as much thermal paste as the computer shop said to, a see threw layer, and the cases side panel is off with a desk fan blowing inside
