I just installed a program called hmonitor and set the throttling to start at 46c and stop at 44c on the CPU sensor. What this thing does is slows down the CPU, a lot.
After running Sisoft Sandra in both conditions I get a difference of 2593 MPS and 251 MPS.
Has anyone else used this monitoring program?
