My CPU is running at 50C at full load. Is this too high? I have my CPU cooled with a GlobalWin FOP 32-1, and it seems like this is way too hot. The Glaciator has been getting great reviews, any idea how this will improve my temperature? And where can I get one? Also, would it be wise to do a case mod and put in a fan blowing down onto the CPU area? Any idea how this will help? I am really anxious to mod my case, but I am just unsure about fan placement...

actually those seem like some great temps from the hsf you are using. What are the ambient temps in the case. I think you can expect at least a 5C drop in temps with a Glaciator, certainly enough to do some overclocking.
