CPU-Z is saying my clock is 100 when it should be higher...

Hey all,
I'm having an issue (I've had it before, too) where CPU-Z is showing my core clock speed to be 100MHz, regardless of what my BIOS says I have it set at. I used to have my chip set at 45x107.9MHz, but now my system seems to be limiting my core to 100MHz? I've tried clearing the CMOS and starting over, I've reinstalled CPU-Z...
Any ideas?
System is in signature.

Haha. All about the epeen ;)
No, I have 5.4 in my sig because that's what I bench my cards at. Every last bit counts in 3dm :)

how long ya been benching it at that?? I've seen alot of folks lose the ability on keeping a mild oc after running there 2500K's at 1.5 for any period of time. Seems it speed up the break down.

Wonder if you've blown out a sensor or something haha.

Jesus at your bench voltage :(.. I always show my 24/7s as my sigs-- and state (New OC!) if they change. I've taken the 3930k as high as 5.2 with all cores and above 5.4 on a single core, but meh..

Does your frequency come up correct while running any benchmarks and the sort? It could just be CPU-Z getting an error in readings..

It's done maybe 10 or so runs at that speed/voltage, and hasn't affected my 24/7 OC yet...

Yeah... I really wanted to hit 5.4 and have it stable.
My frequency used to come up correct, and sometimes it does randomly if I reset the board and start over from scratch..

It might be failing post at the raised bclk and resetting to 100mhz. Try lowering it to 104 and see if it continues doing this.
