CPUCool question with Celly 1.0

Got CPUCool and not really sure how to use it to its potential. Currently running Celly1.0 @ 1.12. Running FIC mainboard. I went to section to change FSB and on the right it has "Tray Frequencies" Do I need to mess with these? I went to site for CPUCool but didn't find much info. Any info for a fairly new OCer??
