cpufsb for k7s5a

CPUFSB...what is this utility and who has used it. If I install this will it allow me to change my FSB on my k7s5a? DO I still need to flash the bios?
I am just trying to understand the process...my main confussion is that I have winxp pro and certain steps need to be taken to install the bios. as well I am not sure what bios to download...my current version is 1.21.06. Given that info...what next?
BTW..thanks all who helped me in my "floppy probs" thread. Since the topic changed I wanted to start a new thread and get some clarity.

I'm using the 0226 o/c bios and up my fsb there to 138.
I then use to up my fsb to 146.65 thru CPUFSB.
Works perfectly fine for me.
my o/s is WIn98SE so I don't know if it'll work w/ WinXP.

I Used CPUFSB With WIN2000.That Little Program Is A K7S5A Users Best Friend.I Also Have Mine Set To FSB 46.6.Im Pretty Sure BIOS Makes No Difference As Software OverClockers Do Not Alter The BIOS.

There are times when you have to change your FSB by the bios to be able to get a certain FSB thru the software.

Is there anything past the 150 mark in CPUFSB before "hitting the wall" at 166?

I am currently running at 150/150 in my bios, mem settings at "normal". Its so stable at 150, that I would like to go higher, but dont think I can hit 166. If not, I'm still very happy with this MB.
