Ok, on the 2-2-5-2 or whatever that it thing. I am new to overclocking and I'm not sure what the 2-2-5-2 thing is. I guess it is something I change in the BIOS but how do I kknow what is too much or too little and what determines the number?

The numbers you're talking about are the RAM timing. Lower is faster or more aggressive settings and higher numbers mean more stable, but slower or relaxed settings. If your mobo has adjustable settings, it'll be in the BIOS. How much or how little? You have to do some tweaking and testing to find that out.
