Had an ol stick of DDR2100 go bad on me. I called them up, was sent to customer service (not even on hold), they must have had caller ID because they new it was me and had my info....She knew my name and asked if it was the memory I bought from them ~ 3yrs ago. Quickly explained the situation and Bam they are sending me an RMA. Very quick and painless. It was also nice that they have a 1-800 number so it wasn't on my dime like so many other e-tailors. Thanks crucial.........
