Cryo/Cuff being used for water cooling

I have been sitting home for the past 10 weeks with a broken foot with not much to do but think of things to do to my watercooling setup.

So I'm sitting here using this thing the doctor gave me to ice my foot and I think this would work great for watercooling it has all the fittings and a pump would fit in it.

but without active cooling it would eventually heat up right? you'd need to refreeze it how often?

sounds cool though. got any ideas?
