CS and UT wont connect?

all of a sudden the other day, UT or CS dont list any severs..
when i try to play online all the servers have "?" in CS and none list in UT... any idea?
i though it was my firewall, but i turned it off, and the same thing..

well i got CS to work, i had to refresh the servers a few times then it worked..

Thanks, CS is acting a lil odd.. but as long as it works and i get a cap a few ppl thats all good
