Well, I heard they came out with a beta driver that was supposed to fix the corruption issues on the 3112 s-ata controller a week or two ago, but I haven't heard anything about it.

Does it work? Did they release this driver? If not, is the beta stable enough to use?

I'm gonna be building my new system probably tomorrow, so I'm wondering if I should bother hookup up anything to the s-ata drive controller.

they still have the 28 driver up.
and also a bios flash for the controller.some reported problems flashing it but i didnt have any.

fixed? i dont know.its still slower do to all the fixes and i had to delete my array until my raptors get here.
if you plan on doing all that work id wait and try it later after they have proven its fixed.

check SI's site for more info
