I have an Asus CUV4X board running both Win 2k and Win ME.
256 megs of pc100 RAM.
Hercules TNT 2 video with Nvidia 650 drivers. with Blue orb cooler.
30 GIG ATA 66 7200 RPM Maxtor drive.
Celeron 566 which was but no longer is overclocked to 805. with Golden Orb cooler.
SB Live value

When playing any online game my system locks up randomly.
Some days I can play an entire day with no lock ups but other days the system locks up for no apparent reason.
This also occurs when simply browsing the net.

Windows Sysinfo reports no IRQ sharing for my Video, Sound or NIC.

My video card was running at 4x AGP but that has since been lowered to 2X.
I am no longer overclocking the chip and my hard drive is not using ATA 66 but 33.

What I'm wondering is whether anyone has experienced similar issues and if anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do.

Tempature wise both the motherboard and the chip run consistently at under 30 degrees C.

Thanks for any input.

I can think of only two things... software is scrwed, or overheating. The golden orbs have been known not to be particularly good coolers, (As nice as they look). Have u tried reinstalling Winblows?
