D5 Pump Not Strong Enough?

I'm guessing there's still some air in there somewhere. Tip and shake the case to see if you can dislodge it.

Yes, 90° fittings are a bit restrictive, but not like you're seeing id imagine.
 
Are the radiators single or double row? And what is your CPU block?

If there's no bubbles in the pump impeller housing, then I'd be inclined to believe you just have too much restriction in the loop, in which case I'd double up on pumps. D5's can flow a lot, but they really aren't that high of a static head pump, compared to something like an 18W DDC.
