If you have an Intel P4C meaning its FSB is 800 use a pair of TWINX DDR400.

If you have an AMD Barton core use a pair of TWINX DDR333.

WHY? well from what i noticed on benchmarks and other resources i have noticed that the ddr400s run alot better on the intels because the fsb is a multiple of the ram clock. The ddr333 is the same as the fsb of the bartons so it runs alot smoother using that type of ram. I hope this helps everyone out on which ram to choose when u buy ur hardware.

Tip: If you want to use ddr400s on ur amd board try getting the fsb up to 200 and that should get more bang for ur buck with ur ram. MSI K7N2 will help you pull that off no problem.
