Dead PSU?

Ok, Im trying to put a new rig together and when I try to power on...nothing. Nothing turns on, not even the fans. I tried a different cpu and still nothing. Made sure the board wasnt shorting out and cmos was cleared, checked all my connections
. I also took everything out except the psu, hsf, and cpu and still nothing. When I turn off the switch in the back of the psu, I can hear a little click. Like a power down?? IS my psu dead or is it teh mobo? (Ecs k7s5a)

The psu is a Raidmax 350w

Try jumpering the PSU like this;



At the least you'll know whether the PSU is bad or not.
