fans that actually cools you down? I'm trying to find a fan for my friend as a gift because she has no fan at all! I seen some fans where u can add water into to make it a little cooler? well any sales u see can you please post up for me? thanks

I think eBay would be a waste, i mean you can get a good house fan for $20 at Walmart or K-mart. It would probably cost at least half of that to ship alone!
