Just got one, trying it out tonight. Any comments on these? I will report later to give my initial impressions. Little background; I've always had crappy mice. Had a logitec G500 for a while, wasn't for my hand. Supposedly this is for me. Feels very comfortable. We'll see.

I've heard mixed things for Razer mice, I've heard they are great while they work but there are QC issues that a lot have to be returned because they fail randomly.

I hope yours works out well for you!

Well, just played some BF4... gotta say;

- Noticeably smoother scrolling
- Better pinpoint somehow.. zero onto sniper shot is just more efficient
- comfort, supports both claw and palm grip for my wide hand
- feels like quality

I really like my Deathadder 3.5G 3500DPI (RZ01-0015).

Actually, I liked it so well using it on my main PC after a few months that I bought a second one in the same model for use with backup PC's and benchmarking rigs.

Razer stuff seems quality, i really like my kraken headset. Im thinking about getting the razer vespula mouse pad, for my logitech mx518 :)

I have had several Razer products. keyboards G10 X 2 both died one just two or three keys the other everything. I had a cooperhead I loved but the left button wear out compactly, Diamondback felt small in my hand traded it. My Deathadder which i still uses had a short in the cable that i cut out and rigged. I just ordered the mmo keyboard and the Naga.

I impulse-bought the 2013 version when on sale for $35 about a year ago. It's never hiccuped. Love the feel and the rubber bits on the sides at the bottom.

Always been against spending stupid money on mice and keyboards but I'm happy with it. Although that hasnt stopped me from second guessing my purchase. I got out the old Logitech mouse just to try them side by side a few days ago and the Razer is so much better.

Razer just has a stigma like OCZ SSDs, etc. Almost certainly not deserved to the extent that people cry about them but, probably some truth to it, too. That probably reflects more on the fundamental challenges of QC in China factories, as anything else. Razer undeniably designs nice stuff and companies with real QC problems rarely survive, let alone lead in sales. You get one chance to make a first impression.
