The wife and I wanted another computer for gaming/general purpose. We want to try to go for a good price for the power build. I looked around at a few things and these items seemed good for the price and our needs. Looking for any input on things that might be a better option. This should be around $700-800. We would like to keep the build around that or cheaper.

Looks ok assuming little/zero overclocking (CPU is limited, board may not give you any options at all).

GPU is weak for a gaming machine... I would look at 760/270x/280x if you can swing it. 600W is a lot of headroom for a single GPU non overclocking machine. If you can find a 500W PSU that will be PLENTY and should save you a few dollars.

270X. Trying to get you better gaming performance... 750Ti, is ok for now, but won't last too terribly long. There are better out there that should be able to fit in your budget (didn't add up what you have there already).

I would go as far as to swap out the CPU for an FX 6300 and the board for a Gigabyte 970AUD3P. Drop the SSD and go to a higher end ($400~) gpu. Get the SSD later when you can spare the cash.
