So as we all know Dell's motherboard manufacturing system is pretty crap, does not allow for any overclocking at all (at least software side).

I'm running a Q8400 (1333FSB, 2.66GHz) paired with a good 450W PSU. Is there any way I can overclock this chip even a little bit? I've heard about tape mods, but I believe LGA775 are only 800 & 1066 mod supported. 1333->1600 isn't?
Thanks!

You could try SetFSB or similar software. If it recognizes the PLL chip you're good to go.
