desktop case/w door

Do you guys know of any desktop cases that have some kind of door infront of the 5.25 slots? like the antec/chieftec tower cases?

They've got a few with doors in front of the 5.25" bays. Some lock too.

Mine does. I never liked it, they restrict airflow, but I think it looks funny if I take it off.
