Det 40.XX Problem in OpenGL

I have tried the 40.70 and 72's. Both of them in my MOH game cause the screen to look as though it has mouse drag boxes all over the screen. By the boxes I mean it looks like when you hold the left mouse button on your desktop and drag a box around stuff. I went from the 30.82 to these. The 30.82's work flawlessly, but it would be nice to try the 40's.

Just wondering if any of you have seen this anomaly as well.
