Does anyone have any experience or seen any reviews for this board. I can get the board pretty cheap, and am wondering how well it will overclock. The specs are here description.

Yes that boad is good.

I just purchased a DFI CA64-EN. I like it. Hasn't given me a single problem, however if you are going to be overclocking look else where because DFI gives no options to overclock. You can't increase the voltage, because these boards autodetect the correct voltage for your board. Get the VH6-II from Abit if you can.
If you are getting the board cheap and thats like your only option then yes get it. DFI makes great boards. Stability is DFI's key.
