DFI P45 T2RS Overclock Problems

Recently, my DFI T2RS has been acting up whenever I try to oc my e8400. I've gotten the e8400 to 3.8 ghz and stable before but now it won't boot whenever the e8400 is even slightly oced. Every time I change my clocks, I have to reset the CMOS to get it to boot again. I've reset my e8400 back to it's stock clocks which seems to have helped, but I want/have to get this thing oced again. One thing I have noticed at that my NB temps are through the roof even at stock voltages/clocks; it'll idle at 59 C. I'm sure this temp might be one of the culprits, but before I tear everything apart and repaste the mobo heatsinks, I wanted to see if anyone else has run into these problems. All of my bios settings are based on the http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=575147 thread. Please let me know if anyone has ran into similar problems. At at this point I'm about ready to go out and get a TPower or P5Q P45 and call it quits.

Fill out this BIOS template for the DK P45-T2RS w/ all of the settings used for 3.8GHz (disregard the settings in the template, and replace w/ your own). Also post a direct link to your RAM showing SPD timings and default voltage. And what program are using to read the NB temp., or are you reading the Chipset Temp. from the PC Health Status screen in the BIOS? At a FSB of only 420MHz, vNB shouldn't need to be increased past the default of 1.2V unless you're running 4 sticks of RAM. So take NB Core Voltage off AUTO, and manually set it to 1.2V (after a save and reboot, recheck the vNB in the PC Health Status.)
