I did a droop mod on my P4C800E-dlx this weekend now I have a problem. The problem is with the Promise RAID controller. It says that one of my HD's is either not plugged in or faulty. I don't know if this is just coincedence or what. I double checked all the plugs and everything is plugged in. Everything worked fine before I did the mod. Is there something near the solder points for this mod that would affect the Promise controller that I might have messed up?

Please help!!

Thanks

I don't think so. However, remove the droop mod and see if it sees your hdd's. You could also try putting them on the intel raid controller if they are sata. If this doesn't work, try putting them in a different order. Maybe, if you are RAID 0, you have drive 1 in drive 2's slot.
