did i fry my mobo?

i was playing with the things i shouldnt ...well any way i can only get 16 bit color and its not my vid or my os can it be my c-mos or did i fry my cpu ? i was pushing all in volts and clock and got a bsod anyway every elsed worked but i can get no higher than 16 bit i tried seprate vid cards and got pin strips and a locked pc HELP OB 1S PLZ PS A A7Vis the mobo and i tried the to error corect on the to soder thingies

If you're saying you soldered anything please tell us. Otherwise, try takin' the mb out, and making sure you have no static, then bleed the main capacitors with a screwdriver or knife. Let it sit for a few minutes, and put it back in. Let me know if it works. ... A few weeks ago I tried the i/o volts on 3.9. Worked good until I shut it down. Then I had no mouse port. Dos wouldn't even detect it. After I did the above, It came back like new.

You may have to re-install your card's video drivers. Likely got corrupted when system went bsod.
