could anybody tell me the diference between these two p4 (sl6dv, sl6ef)which is better ?more recent ?best o/c?

Both are C1's, both are 133FSB CPU's and both come in OEM and Boxed flavours....

i'd go with the one with the newer manufacturing date...
But neither CPU has any real advatage over the other

and wich one is more recent(wich has been manufactured more recently) ?

you are going to have to look at the box of the CPU before you buy it as both are currently being made by intel
