DIFFERENT CPU TEMP?

My overclocked temps. were 39-40 degrees celcius full load when I first overclocked last month. Now they are up to 41-42 degrees. Is it normal for temp. to increase like this?
( I lapped the heat sink and used arctic silver 2 when I first installed it.)

Has your room temp gone up since winter ended? What about dust on the fan blades or in the HSF fins?
