Digital Doc 5

I just got a digital doc 5 and was setting it up. Does anyone know if you can control the rpms of fans with these????

I looked through the manual but it doesn't say anything about changing the rpms just on or off.

you can turn fans on and off I believe but you can't control the RPMs....
