I got the LED's from teh source they mention in the article, however i think they may have sent me the wrong ones. In daylight they look cool, but at night they look like they may be the aqua color instead of the blue ones. When you get yours done could you let me know if yours is like this too. Also, you will probably have to order more than one set of them, so if thats the case and they DO look more blue, then i may want to take a pair of them off you hands.

how much did they cost?

as for the LEDS, i heard you can use regular LED's you just have to chop off the rounded part so it's flat. can anyone confirm this?

They were like 4.95 each, but you need to buy 25 dollars worth...

Yah, you can use regulat LED's i dont know if they will look as well. If you go with the ones in the article you should have no problems selling the extras you will have to buy in the classifieds.
